No, no, no, iris.

* bangs fist on table *

We're on a rant against these entitled cunts and we don't want anything to detract from that.

Re: Saturday football
... the new VAR rule which states that an on field decision can only be changed if there was a clear and obvious error was the basis of all four decisions going for the 'big' clubs today and makes you wonder!!!!

Re: Saturday football
Had BT Sport panel thing on... the consensus on that was that the Liverpool penalty was soft (Salah 'went down too easily), Villa should have had a penalty. The Chelsea late penalty was soft.

Plus Man City earlier.

Big clubs getting the breaks as per usual!

We have to be at the top of our game on Wednesday at Arsenal otherwise we'll be robbed.

Re: Saturday football
I thought that Villa claim for a pen wasn't quite there as Allison hits the ball onto Ings who then tumbles. Didn't think it was a pen tbh.. Villa playing better under Stevie G though

I'm glad I don't take it all as serious as I used to*

*Even so, I still take more serious than should.

You can take it as read that we won't be allowed to win tomorrow - we put clear light between us and whoever is in 5th place and a lot of people are going to be fucking annoyed.

We are not in their plan.

Haven't seen the incidents - but the penalties have been reported as soft.

Apparently, according to ex Liverpool player Stephen Warnock ( so far play to him for this) Aston Villa were denied a definite penalty.

Looks like the premiership are ensuring the 3 at the top all win, they’ve all been given a penalty, best ask Jude Bellingham about how things are fixed.

Re: Saturday football
So, these "standard bearers of English football in Europe", they all...err...won! Surprise, surprise.

So did one of the London clubs not yet currently in 4th place but it would be "good" if they were.

I turned the Man City game off.

That's fucking ridiculous - It wasn't a penalty.. Man City are the best of a bad bunch for me, out of the media 'darlings', but that is just another example of how corrupt the game is.

Absolute bollocks.

Re: Saturday football
The current top 3 are the standard-bearers for English (sic) football in Europe; they are the ones it has been decided will be of most benefit by being in Europe.

Imagine the wailing and gnashing of teeth if one of those 3 never even made the grade and 2 of the 4 available CL places were taken up by "unfashionable" teams.

Won't be allowed to happen. Won't happen.

Re: Saturday football
That VAR decision was wrong, IMO. I thought on one of the camera angels it looked like it hit his armpit then bounced up, but they didn't seem interested in that. Seemed like they took an age to get to a decision and camera angle that made it look a pen for City.

It's such a load of old shit.
